  • Integration Partners: With platforms you connect to Opterra (e.g., GoHighLevel, MedusaJS) as necessary to provide integrated services.
  • Apple and Google: Information necessary to generate and update wallet passes in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

Our Services include the ability to add loyalty passes to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. When you add a pass:

  • Your pass information is shared with Apple or Google as required to display and update your pass.
  • We may send push notifications through Apple or Google's notification services to update your pass or send offers.
  • Location-based features (if enabled) may trigger notifications when you're near a participating business.
  • You can remove your pass at any time through your wallet app.
